Kacey Marie

Kacey Marie has just joined us at DogStar. Her picture will be up soon. She is dearly missed by the Dillon family.

A few words:

Yesterday on June 2, 1998, my 9-year-old German Shepard Kacey Marie died of a seizure. It was not her time. About an hour before she had a seizure she was running and playing and eating and then BOOM, dead and I never got to say goodbye.

Kacey was a very special dog to me. I loved her so much because she was so caring. Whenever I was crying, she would kiss me until I stopped and she would try to cheer me up. Now that she is gone I can't stop crying and Kacey is not here for me. She was such a good girl. I honestly feel that she should not have died. I am not ready to let go of her and I don't think she was ready to go either. Kacey was loved so much and no other dog will ever replace her in my heart. She holds a very special place and I will never forget, EVER!!!
