Brownie

Our beloved Brownie passed away today. For no real reason I had decided to come back from a vacation trip early, and I'm happy I did.

She was growing older and the day after coming back I knew things weren't OK. After calling the vet, I was with her as she passed.

She was a happy dog and extremely sweet. I still remember how she wouldn't dare harm anyone - not even my sister, who would pull on her playfully and curiously when she was about three or so. Brownie was always so gentle and affectionate, and her happy company and peaceful presence will be missed forever.
