Bently

To my best friend Bently. You were not my dog, but I felt such a connection with you. I remember the day that your mommy and daddy brought you home. You were such a little fur ball, and I fell in love with you immediately. I will never forget your cookie runs to my back door. You made my day complete to see your smiling face staring at me through the glass.

Mommy always knew where to find you. All she had to do was look over and she could see you getting your hugs, kisses and cookies from me. I never got to say goodbye my friend, and I will always regret that. You were taken from us too soon, 5 years was not long enough. You filled my free days with sunshine and happiness, and I feel blessed to have known you. I miss you and love you very much Fuzzy-butt.
