March 1989 to March 2002

You came to us as a stray puppy just 8 weeks old. Your short life on the street made you wary, but you soon settled down and became a constant companion to our older dog, Cindy. We all enjoyed the long walks and playing in the park. You were always 'the boss' and poor Cindy never stood a chance to get near the fireside, but she always gave way to you. It always made us laugh as with one look Cindy retreated and gave up her place for you.

Throughout your last year, you suffered with cancer, but never showed us the pain you must have felt. Eventually, we knew it was time to say goodbye and send you to a place where you would never feel pain again. We still mourn your passing, but now know that you are with Cindy again and imagine you running around together, having fun and playing all the games you used to love.

You are still loved and sadly missed.
