You left our world today is a year
I every now and then I shed a tear.
We think about you often as we knew we would
We'd like to bring you back, if we could.
We got a new dog when she was a year in a half
To see her run, even you would laugh
Her name is Weazie, we adopted her
she needed to be looked after.
She loves your dad just as did you
She follows him everywhere, even when he goes do-do
I'll close this letter its you I am thinking of,
and to let you know, you are still very much loved.
