I just wanted to say a few words about my Kasey Girl whom I miss so much. I had to have her put to sleep on July 13th 2001. It was the hardest decision I've ever had to make but I knew it had to be done w/ all the pain she was in.
Back in 1997, I went to my local animal shelter to look for a dog to adopt. I came across my Kasey Anne. She was in a corner scared & shivering. I looked at the lady & told her, "I want THAT dog!!" She looked at me as if to say, " THAT dog??" She told me the dog had been abused & I told her I didn't care & I thought she had the potential to be a great dog!! Anyway, I took her home & she was an emotional mess. I took her to my Vet & he said she needed alot of work & love. He wanted to put her on Tranquelizers but I refused. I took her back to the Vet 4 months later & he was completely shocked at the difference in her. All she needed was LOVE!!
Thank you for 4 wonderful years, Kasey Anne...I will never forget you.
