October 21, 1997- July 27, 2001
Gadget Destiny Mateia was born on October 21, 1997 and was given as a christmas gift when I was about 10 or 11 years old and she passed away close to the age of 4 yrs old.
Even with having lived such a short life she put so much joy into mine. She was my best friend.
As some would say "Mans best friend but I say teens best friend!" I only wish she could have lived longer so that I could show her how much I loved her. I know it's going to be very hard to except the fact she is gone but I have to remember that god has a plan for her and she lives on inside my heart and memories.
Some people may not understand why it is so hard to let go of a pet or why people are upset when one passes but all I have to say about that is they obviously haven't been touched by one of these little guys/gals special love and devotion. All I know is I miss her very much but I'll see her again.
I love you Gadget with all my heart and miss you so.
