Tasha
I adopted Tasha from the Humane Society in Pennsylvania in 1991. She was a faithful
companion for 9 years. She was misdiagnosed with Cushing's disease and by the time we
began treatment for Addison's it was too late. She was a german shepherd who at the end of
her life weighed only 32 pounds.
I miss her terribly, and so does her sister, Snicker's (black lab).
She was always glad to see me when I got home and followed me everywhere. We went to
Basic, Novice, Advanced, Agility and lots of training classes while she was growing up, she
loved the agility. She had a Canine Good Citizen's certificate and I know she is happy in heaven
and no longer in pain.
