Talbot was born in Oregon City, Oregon on March 15, 1988 and passed away on September 9, 2000 in Portland. She traveled to many places in those 12 years and made many, many friends. She gave unconditional love and was a very important part of our lives. Our hearts ache with her passing and she will be missed by everyone she touched.
