Butchie

1987-2000
Our little Butchie, fur-baby & best friend. You captured our hearts from the
moment we saw you bouncing through the room like a windup toy. We became
inseparable!
Leaving you at home wasn't an option. I will always remember how you cuddled
in
my coat at the Texas A & M Aggie Bonfire. You were always so special in so
many
ways. Non believers were stunned when you howled "mama-mama" over & over. The
unusual way you greeted us with your "special smiles" put a grin on
everyone's face. With your little mouth wide open and all teeth showing, you
waved your head from one side to the other, as we approached you. Your vet
said we must smile at you often since it is a learned behavior. Yes, we did...
For almost 14 years you slept on our bed and I still find myself reaching to
pat you.
For so many years you shared every part of our lives. I don't know how we
will adjust
to the emptiness we feel now that you are gone.
We always knew it would break
our
hearts when we had to let you go. But with the pain comes memories of the
love, joy and laughter our little Butchie brought into our lives each day!
Many times I referred to you as "my little angel in fur" and now you truly
are...
We love you and miss you,
Mama, Daddy & your family
