Georgie

Georgie was our other dog, Gracie's twin sister. She was always the smart one while Gracie was the dumb one with her head hanging sideways. They lived happy lives and they were both globetrotters. Georgie, I think, was the fastest runner I've ever seen.

Then, last year in Hong Kong on Thanksgiving, Gracie died of cancer. She was thirteen years old and it was never the same. Georgie was also old and soon enough, her back legs became paralyzed. But she was still happy, she never stopped being happy. Then , one morning, we were carrying her down the stairs and Georgie fell and broke her hind legs. She could no longer move but she was still happy. The next morning we took her to the doctor and when I heard the news at the end of the day, I was torn apart. Georgie had drifted away.

She had never stopped being happy and finally she went to doggie heaven. BR>
A poem for Georgie:

"On that fateful morning she drifted away
And left all of us in dismay
But now she's up there with her sister Gracie
Where she's having fun and acting crazy"

WE LOVE YOU GEORGIE AND WE CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU!!!!!
